Alya Amer is a student at Iselin Middle School. Her favorite subject is Reading Writing Workshop. She lives in the suburbs with her parents and two older brothers. Amer spent the first 6 years of her life in the UAE before eventually moving to America. She moved to New Jersey so she can go to college and have a good life. She plans on studying psychology so she can be a therapist. Her goal is to try and help as many people as possible.

Some of the things Amer does in her free time consists of drawing, writing, talking to friends and family, playing video games, listening to music, and taking naps. Her favorite activities are listening to music and drawing.
