Press: What is one of the most important jobs as a middle school principal?
Mrs. Cilento: Keeping everyone safe.
Press: What is your favorite part of this job?
Mrs. Cilento: Dealing with students and staff.
Press: Why did you become a principal?
Mrs. Cilento: I like being a leader.
Press: Has the school improved since you started here as a principal?
Mrs. Cilento: Yes, of course.
