Mrs. Clark is a sixth grade math teacher. She has 2 sons that play many sports but mostly like soccer,basketball, and baseball. Mrs. Clark enjoys teaching math and loves to help students who struggle with it.

Panther Press: How was your day?

Mrs.Clark: My day is great!

Panther Press: Who inspired you to be a teacher?

Mrs. Clark: My eleventh grade algebra 2 teacher.

Press: How do you help students who struggle with math?

Mrs. Clark: By giving them the support and assistance they need throughout the class period.

Press: Have you always wanted to be a math teacher?

Mrs. Clark: Yes.

Press: Were you good at math growing up?

Mrs. Clark: No

Press: Do you have any children, if so what are their names?

Mrs. Clark: I have 2 sons, and their names are Luke and Landon.

Press: Do your children play any sports? And if they do what sports?

Mrs. Clark: Both boys play sports, both play baseball, soccer and basketball.

Press: Has there been a baseball game that you have enjoyed the most?

Mrs. Clark: All of them!

Press: Why did your kids want to join baseball?

Mrs. Clark: They love it!

Press: Was it for fun or a sport they wanted to play?

Mrs. Clark : It was a sport they wanted to play.

Press: Is there anything you would like to add?

Mrs. Clark: No, I think we’re good!

Jasleen G. is a student at IMS and lives in Iselin. She lives with her mom, dad and brother. Jasleen grew up in Iselin and was born in July. Her favorite season is summer. Jasleen’s hobbies include star gazing, painting, and hiking. Her favorite color is blue. She likes to write stories. Her favorite animal is flamingos. She likes to play outside when she’s bored. She likes to play video games. She also likes to play sports like volleyball and basketball for fun.
