Viren and Stanley are interviewing Mr. Romano, Mr. Romano is a 6th grade math teacher that is the best math teacher in Iselien Middle School.Today we are going to ask him about his life as a mathematician teacher.

- Panther press: what made you be a math teacher ?
Mr Romano: I always liked math. It is important to know it helped grow my life by making money and making decisions.
- Panther press: How do you make your class fun when it starts to get boring?
Mr Romano : I try to include real life explanations and find fun projects to do.
- Panther press : How do you help students when they find math hard ?
Mr. Romano : I try to teach the basics when I teach a lesson so they can start with easy and make their way up to hard.
- Panther press: How do you make every student participate?
Mr. Romano : I know some kids are shy but I encourage them to answer. Sometimes I even pick on students that aren’t raising their hand
- Panther press: what is the hardest part of being a math teacher ?
Mr. Romano : I will say having to worry about the grading.
- Panther press: what do you do when your students bother you or don’t listen?
Mr. Romano : I direct them and if they don’t listen I will have a talk with them.
- Panther press: what is your favorite lesson in math that you like to teach?
Mr. Romano: I like data because it helps you make better deals when you need to buy something.

Mr. Romano: while shopping and financial services
- Panther press: Did you want to be a math teacher your whole life or did you want to be something else ?
Mr. Romano: For me I wanted to be a math teacher my whole life.
